Over the last 50 years we have developed commercial, industrial, and residential projects in the GTA and the surrounding area. Shannondale currently manages a pipeline of projects exceeding $500 million.
OUR TEAM
Terrence Tyers
Terrence is the president of Shannondale Developments and participates in strategy and big decisions. He has over 40 years of real estate and development experience. Owner of Boothshore Investments, he has led the development and operations of over $500 million dollars in retail real estate in Oakville since 1986.
Nicolas Tyers
Nicolas is the Vice President of Shannondale and participates in all aspects of the company’s strategy, business development, and management activities. He is an experienced construction project manager with over 15 years of experience in building design, development, and construction. Most recently, Nicolas led the development of Leaside Works – a 26,000 sf industrial condominium project in Toronto. Nicolas is a licensed engineer in Ontario and is LEED AP certified. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering from McGill University and an MBA from INSEAD.
Justin Arya
Justin is the Construction Manager at Shannondale, overseeing the company’s active real estate development projects. With a strong background in construction and property management, Justin brings valuable experience from previous leadership roles in the industry. A licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from McGill University and is currently pursuing an MBA at the University of Toronto.
Sanoop Panthalil
Sanoop is the financial controller at Shannondale. Sanoop has over 12 years experience in real estate activities in Canada, UAE and India and holds a Bachelors in Commerce from the University of Calicut, an MBA from Mahatma Gandhi University. He is also a Certified Management Accountant (issued by the Institute of Management Accountants, USA) and is currently pursuing his Canadian CPA.
Megan Richardson
Megan is the property manager at Shannondale. She has extensive experience managing commercial properties , including negotiation, operations management, tenant retention, marketing, and lease administration. She holds degrees from the University of Toronto and Acadia University.
Simon Costley
Simon is the property superintendent at Shannondale. He has extensive experience managing properties, including tenant relations, contractor management and building maintenance, systems and operations.
William Cartwright
William is currently involved in the groundskeeping of Shannondale’s properties, ensuring their maintenance and care. He also brings over 15 years of experience as a service technician in the electrical and plumbing fields, along with more than 25 years in customer-facing roles, notably with Oakville Hydro.
Margaret Burgess
Margaret brings her background in retail to her current role in property maintenance. Her experience in customer-focused environments, combined with her dedication to maintaining outdoor spaces, makes her a valuable asset in ensuring the care and upkeep of properties.
